Which features are included in the price?
All of them. There is currently one plan, and every Roifex feature is open in every store: three languages and three currencies, virtual POS and payment service providers, Trendyol and Google Shopping, AI tools, the Germany profile, team permissions and reports.
How much do I save by paying yearly?
5%. Instead of €35.00 a month, you pay €399.00 once a year; that works out at €33.25 a month and saves you €21.00 a year.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly billing?
Yes. Just get in touch with us to switch. Your store stays on the same installation; your data, theme and settings remain unchanged.
Which languages and currencies are supported?
Turkish, English and German, each with its own page addresses. The currencies are TRY, EUR and USD; exchange rates are fetched automatically every day from the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye (TCMB) or the European Central Bank.
Can we use our own theme?
Yes. Your own theme is kept separate on your dedicated installation and is not affected by updates. It can be based on one of the ready-made themes or be fully custom.
How does moving from another platform work?
Your products, customers and content are transferred by file; before importing, you see what will be created and which rows contain errors. Your old page addresses are redirected to the new pages, so anyone arriving via an old link reaches the right page.
