Every movement is recorded: stock received, adjustment, sale, return, cancellation, transfer; who, when and in which warehouse
Stock never goes negative; two orders placed at the same moment cannot sell the same last item
On cancellations and returns, items go back to the warehouse they left from; damaged items are not restocked by default
Low-stock items are counted in the sidebar, and an email summary arrives every day at the time you choose

Frequently asked questions about products and stock
01How do I import my existing products?
Upload your products as an Excel file, or as a zip together with their images. Before importing, you see what will be created and which rows have errors; once you confirm, you can follow the progress. Your old addresses are redirected to the new pages.
02Can one product be stocked in more than one warehouse?
Yes. Each variant has its own quantity and threshold in every warehouse, and the storefront shows the total available across active warehouses. Transfers between warehouses are recorded too.
03Is stock shared with Trendyol?
Yes. Stock is managed in one place: a sale on your site reduces the stock on Trendyol, and a sale on Trendyol reduces the stock on your site.
04Can I sell products with the price on request?
Yes. When you mark a product as "price on request", it appears in the storefront without a price and shows a "Request a quote" button. You reply to the request from the panel and turn it into an order at the agreed price.
