Do you write the legal texts?
No. The platform creates the Impressum, AGB, Widerruf, Datenschutz and Versand und Zahlung pages with their skeleton and sets up the checkout according to German rules. The content of the texts is the responsibility of the store and its legal adviser.
Can I sell to Germany with my store in Türkiye?
Yes. Add Germany as a sales country; a German storefront, euro prices, and shipping and payment by country are ready to go. The German legal profile and built-in German invoicing, however, apply when the store's country is Germany.
I'm a small business (Kleinunternehmer). Is Roifex a fit?
Yes. When you turn on § 19 UStG small business mode, invoices are issued with the required note and without VAT.
How is the Grundpreis shown?
Once you enter a product's unit price details, the unit price (for example the price per 1 kg) is shown next to the price automatically; in a German store, the lowest price of the last 30 days is shown automatically as well.
